Yoga
In my opinion, yoga is a exercise which helps the individual relief thoughts and stresses. Yoga is an activity encouraged by many to participate in as it's a method of meditation. It increases the indivdual's self-confidence and it changes ones mood. In conclusion, it is a very good activity which is very time consuming.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently moved into this house. I have no information on what to recycle and on which days the bins are collected.
I would appreciate it if I could receive some information on which days the bins will be collected on as I would like to organise my garbage.
I thank you for your assistance in this matter and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Yours Sincerely
Basma Slaiwa

Texting while walking is dangerous
My opinion on the University of Study Buffalo they have decided that waking while texting is way move dangerous. Evidence from the hospital shows that move people are injured from walking and texting more than people that drive because people construct on texting they have all of their eye sight is get looking on the phone net where they are walking. When people drive they have one hand on the phone and one on the steering wheel.

Free Food for Kids
In my opinion, I think that children/students should have access to free food during school. School educates and teaches the student to eat healthy foods, however kids enjoy the presence of junk food provided by their parents both at school and home. However, this is a thumbs up for parents as they wouldn't need to spend much money on school groceries and spent more time on work and providing their children with assistance with school work (homework, assignments). Furthermore, this assists the child having a healthy diet and remaining hydrated during school.
The main differences between schools in Australia and schools in Iraq
In Iraq, both private and public schools were free of charge; this includes the intuition fee, uniform and equipment needed to study with. Schools in Australia aren't free of charge whether it is a private or public school. Furthermore, school was compulsory in Iraq however, in Australia when a student is seventeen years of age they are allowed to drop out and continue further studies in Tafe. On the other hand, education systems varied as in Iraq students would physically get punished and in Australia punishment includes; afternoon detention, suspension and expulsion.
My perspective on the heroin mum jailed in Bangkok
A mother of two, was charged for attempting to carry 115g of heroin from Bangkok to Sydney in March last year. Jane McKenzie was sentenced for fifty years. Her husband Ian states that "if she's there for fifty years, she will be eighty-one and I'll be eighty-eight and her children will have children". However, her children don't know the reason to why their mother will be gone for a long time as they're still young to understand, although they know that they need to travel to her by air. Jane McKenzie must have known the consequences for her actions and that effects on her family. Thus, Jane McKenzie is guilty.
